be offered for sale to the next interested buyer. Payment in full is required in full before any animal(s) leaves our property. We
accept cash, and if paying by check it must clear the bank before animal(s) leaves our property, which takes 10 days. *A $35 charge
will be added to checks returned for any reason unpaid plus all collection fees associated with the collection of funds.
Buyer
assumes all responsibility for extra health risks due to wethering. Seller is not responsible should the animal become ill, injured,
or dies after date of pick up.
Buyer pays for Veterinary Health Certificate (if moving animals across state line) & fees
charged by the vet, the farm call and animal(s) examinations/tests. Also pays for any other testing buyer what performed by a vet.
If the goat(s) are not picked up by the date stated (right after weaning) and no call from the buyer has been made, then this
is failure to comply with these terms and conditions and will be grounds to terminate the sales agreement without refund of the deposit
and the animal will be offered to the next interested buyer.
I understand things do happen, but I do ask you please call or email
to let us know you need to change the pick up date. If prior arrangements have been made to keep the animals longer there will be
a $2.00 a day boarding fee added.
The Buyer is responsible for transportation of the animal and all transportation costs. Seller assumes no responsibility for
transportation arrangements or costs associated with transportation, nor will seller be responsible for accepting or transferring
funds intended for shipment of the animal. Furthermore, seller is not responsible for death or injury associated with transportation.
*Should
injury, illness, or death happen to an animal a deposit has been paid for, the buyer will have first choice of others for sale at
or near the original selling price. A full refund will be given if and only if we have no other equal in value goats available at
that time or in the near future.
